Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Loomin uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our Service.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit (e.g. that you are logged in) so you don't have to re-enter it every time.

The strictly necessary cookies are required for the app to function and cannot be disabled. The analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only load if you click Accept on our cookie banner — if you reject, they are never set.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use Loomin (for example, which pages are most popular) so we can improve the product. We enable IP anonymisation and do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Analytics data is processed by Google and may be transferred to the United States under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or marketing pixels. Your browsing behaviour is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Your choices

When you first visit, we ask for your consent before loading any analytics cookies, as required by the ePrivacy Directive (EU 2009/136/EC), transposed into Irish law by the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (SI 336/2011). You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies via your browser settings — note that deleting authentication cookies will log you out of the Service.

Instructions for common browsers: Chrome · Firefox · Safari

Changes

If we introduce new cookies or change how we use existing ones, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent again.
